I am -----------, a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy here in the Philippines. I'm a Customer Service Representative for 3 years and a Virtual Assistant for 1 year, and an aspiring VA Bookkeeper here in OLJ.
In my work as a Customer Service Representative and Virtual Assistant I do a lot of task including collecting payments of invoices, checking invoice balance, inventory management, pricing strategy, preparing shipment, and answering customer's concerns which I believe can help me and the bookkeeping practice. Aside from that, I have also trained with The Life Auditor in Xero, QuickBooks, and GST and I'm currently Certified.
I excel in positive teamwork environments and handle stress and tight deadlines with ease. My strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Plus, I'm organized and adept at managing stress, making me a valuable team player.
I am also very familiar and an experience using with are Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PayPal, and Stripe.
