My career spans across customer service, technical recruitment, insurance sales, and team management. These roles helped me develop strong communication, organization, leadership skills, and taught me how to work effectively with people while delivering quality results.
In my most recent role as a Unit Manager at Sun Life, I led a team of financial advisors, managed recruitment and training, and supported overall sales growth. Prior to that, I worked in recruitment and sourcing, handling candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and assisting both local and international hiring teams.
I’m confident in using various tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various ATS platforms. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Development Management from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, which strengthened my foundation in people management and business operations.
Although I'm still fairly new to freelancing, I’m eager to apply and translate my corporate experience to remote work. I take pride in being reliable, adaptable, and always willing to learn new systems to help businesses become more organized and efficient.
