I've spent the last 5+ years working across creative strategy, account management, and media buying - mostly for agencies and DTC brands running paid ads on Meta.
Most of my work lives at the intersection of creative and performance. I develop ad concepts, write briefs, direct UGC, and track metrics like CTR, thumbstop, and hold rate to figure out what's working and why. I've also managed client accounts, coordinated cross-functional teams, and kept campaigns moving across paid ads, email, social, and production.
Having a media buying background means I think about creative from a performance lens - not just whether it looks good, but whether it stops the scroll and converts.
I'm comfortable in fast-paced environments and work well with founders, media buyers, and creative teams. I like roles where strategy, execution, and client communication all overlap.
