I've been employed in the BPO Industry for 7 years and been to different accounts with different line of business. I've been a customer service representative for one of the Telecommunications company in the US, who tasked us to handle customer accounts and take care of their needs, so we cater not just inbound calls but also outbound calls. I've been promoted as a QA on the role and have assisted the teams assigned to me to improve on their calls and to assist customer better.
I have also taken a job for Epson as their technical support representative. I've taken care of how to fix their concern with their printers and turn frustrated calls around.
Lastly, I've also been an email escalation support for eBay. We were tasked to resolved customers concern regarding their experience on items they've purchased or even their overall experience with our services. We were the last team to handle escalation and appeals of the customer.
Aside from working on the BPO industry, I also have skill set like being a part time Graphic Artist specializing in Canva and Company Cam. I am well trained and will be able to follow set of rules without any supervision. I can work hard and can finish tasks on a timely manner. I am well dedicated on the job at hand and will make sure all tasks are done efficiently.
