With over nine years of experience in leading and managing teams, projects, and programs in the call center and real estate industries, I am currently an Operations Leader at SanMar, a leading supplier of apparel and accessories.
In this role, I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a group of associates, monitoring and tracking deliverables, participating in personnel activities, and identifying and overseeing program and project resolution. I leverage my skills in manufacturing process improvement, customer relationship management (CRM), team leadership, and basic data analysis to ensure quality service and operational excellence for our stakeholders.
