During my 5 months experience as a Customer Service Support - Tier 2, and 2 years of experience as a Data Administrator/Analyst & Quality Assurance, I have developed both the skills and knowledge to determine what's off in a web page, what's not working and also to create data entry sheets and deploy it in the website.
