I previously worked as an Operations Manager in a Short Term Rental, vacation home based in Australia. I was hired as a Technical Writer. After a year, when my employer saw that I was doing beyond and above my job description to help the company succeed, they promoted me to be the Quality Management Specialist. After a year, my employer entrusted me with the position of Guest Services Team Leader. After a few months, my employer promoted me to Operations Manager.
My niches are Quality Management Systems, Technical Writer, Quality Auditor, and Short Term Rental/Property Management Manager.
Because of my experience in Quality Management Systems, I gained the following knowledge and skills:
• Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 are well established implemented and maintained throughout the organization.
• Ensuring the promotion of customer requirements awareness
• Monitors timely response and closure of internal and customer complaints raised and escalates issues to Top Management as necessary.
• Planning and conducting Management Review
• Supervise the implementation of Management Review Action Plans and ensure all items are closed within the required time frame
• Monitors KPI reports of all RCI departments and prepares a monthly summary report
• Reporting to Top Management regarding any QMS-related matter
• Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of Non-conformity
• Recommend solutions to correct deficiencies in the system and ensure that said corrective action has been fulfilled.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties on matters related to QMS.
• Coordinates with government bodies on regulatory and statutory requirements about QMS.
• Supervise special projects about QMS
I also love being an experienced Quality Auditor because I gained the following knowledge and skills:
• Conduct internal audits and monitor the closure of all internal audit findings.
• Conducts annual Supplier Audit
• Coordinates preparation for External audits to all concerned departments and ensures all required actions are done.
• Supervise implementation and conducting the Company’s 5S Audit quarterly
• Prepares correction measures/action plans on results of Internal, External, and third-party audits for approval of the management.

The Highlights of my career/Achievements:
• In 2013, I led my former company, Dalisay Shipping Corporation, on their first attempt to apply for the Maritime Labor Convention Certification compliance. It was a success, and my company became the first Recruitment Agency certified by MLC in the Philippines. During the same year, I successfully led DSC for the renewal of their ISO 9001 certification which is also a success.
• In 2016, I successfully led, together with my QM Manager, my former company, Royal Cargo Inc., in transitioning from ISO 9001:2008 to 9001:2015. Fortunately, my former-mentioned company became the first logistic company in Asia approved and certified by the ISO to transition, without any deficiency.
• In 2016, I was awarded RCI’s 5S Auditor of the Year.
• In 2022, I was awarded the Best Team Player by my Australian Employer
• And in 2023, I was awarded the Employee of the Year by the same employer.
