I'm an Apple Certified Support Professional with more than a decade of experience in delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise to a diverse client base. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with Business leaders and executives, some of whom even sought me out as their personal technical consultant. I am currently working as a part-time Virtual Assistant doing research and data management focusing on decentralized finance and blockchain technology. I'm proficient with Apple and Google productivity tools, have basic photo and video editing skills and familiar with Notion, Loom, Zoom,Capcut and Canva.
