I am an independent and motivated professional with excellent research and writing skills. Having been able to work on the call center industry for almost seven years, this helps me hone my communication skills as well as my computer skill. I have also done various tasks during my stay at a BPO industry, I was first assigned as a frontline representative for customer service, then move to sales, also did escalation and supervisory work.
