Key Activities and Duties:
- Understand Client Needs / Understand website niche and industry.
- Administer social media activities, including engaging with followers, drafting, and posting visually appealing multimedia content (Flyers, Reels, Videos).
- Responsible for cold calling existing and new leads daily.
- Coordinate all communication activities (email, phone, text) with the Offers
- Coordinator, other Agent, Escrow Title Officers, and the Lender. Monitor and oversee all transactions-related communication, status updates, and deadlines.
- Construct weekly or monthly email newsletters to connect and engage prospects.
- Schedule 30-, 90- & 120-day customer service follow-up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and solicit referrals.
- Proven work experience in a related field/position.
- Able to adapt to the ever-changing social media trends.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in the English language.
- Able to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
- An analytical perspective and aptitude for data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and flexible.
- With backup systems in place in case of an outage/internet issue.
