I have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. I'm proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc. I'm more experienced in email support, personalizing my responses, and making sure my responses are what the customer needs according to their situation. I am a very fast learner and can work with minimal to no supervision. I like learning new things every day and taking on new challenges. I can both be a team player and a leader. I'm very flexible when it comes to working hours as most of my shifts were in the graveyard shift for the duration of my employment.
