Before I became a dialysis nurse, I worked as a customer service representative for a of couple years and I handled different accounts. Being in the BPO industry has helped me hone my communication skills by talking to a lot of customers in English daily. I also learned how to use basic computer tools and others that had something to do with my accounts.
