I have gained hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assisting with the entire hiring process. These experiences have enhanced my ability to identify top talent, communicate effectively with candidates, and support hiring managers in making informed decisions.
In addition to my HR skills, I bring creativity and technical expertise through my passion for graphic design, where I enjoy creating compelling visual content. I am also currently exploring UI/UX design to broaden my understanding of creating accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.
