I have hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting both short-term and long-term vacation rentals, using AppFolio for work orders, tenant and vendor coordination, applicant screening, inspection reports, and general property management support. I’ve also created rental listings/ads, handled tenant outreach, and coordinated with vendors to keep daily operations running smoothly.
I also have experience using Follow Up Boss for lead management, client communication, and keeping pipelines organized and consistently moving through proper follow-ups.
On top of that, I worked as a Zillow Lead Project Manager, where I managed a team of real estate agents, created SOPs, and monitored all lead touchpoints to ensure consistent follow-up and make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
I’ve also supported real estate business owners as an Executive Assistant, helping with operations, agent coordination, communication, performance tracking, and improving internal systems and workflows to make day-to-day processes more efficient.
Before transitioning into the VA space, I worked as a Team Manager in the BPO industry, where I developed strong critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills that I continue to apply in my work today.
