I’ve worked with clients across the US, and APAC market, helping them through onboarding, solving issues, and making sure they feel genuinely supported at every step.
My background is rooted in customer-facing roles where clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving are key. I’ve worked in healthcare, tech, and background screening, and no matter the industry, I’ve always enjoyed being the go-to person customers can rely on.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and know how to prioritize when things get busy. I’m someone who can jump in, take ownership, and keep things moving without losing sight of the people behind the process.
Outside of work, I’m big on wellness. I’m a half-marathon runner, I love cooking and eating clean, and I spend as much time outdoors as I can such as camping, hiking, or just staying active. That mindset shows up in how I work too: focused, grounded, and always moving forward.
