I've been in the industry of Customer service for more than a year now and I've learned a lot on how to handle different types of customers that came from different walks in life.I can say that I am fully equipped and well trained because I had 2 different accounts, the first one was a Technical Support we do the troubleshooting steps and handle customer’s frustrations and lastly I became part of the retention team we are the last resort that of the customer and I think that was the most challenging part because it’s our job or task to keep the customer connected with our business.
