I am a Project Manager with over 10 years' experience in software delivery. I communicate very well with Western clients and am very fluent in English (written and spoken). I hold a Masters' degree in Management that I earned in New Zealand.
Apart from being a Project Manager by trade, I also have robust experience as an Operations Manager/Director, Product Owner/Manager, Delivery Lead, and Program/Portfolio Management. The companies I have worked for were usually start-ups that I have helped stabilize and turn in profit year over year.
With my experience, I am very much able to create rapport with clients as well as manage internal teams efficiently. Apart from being able to identify what your business needs, I can plan well and execute from the team level. I am used to translating business priorities into tangible outcomes that directly impact your bottom lines. On top of that, my experience comes with knowing who/how to hire and build your team, as well as onboard them with remote-work best practices to meet commercial demands.
