I have an excellent experience in customer relation aspect as I am a Customer Service Representative assisting eBay North America and eBay United Kingdom for 5 years. I also work with Macy's and Bloomingdales Customer Support team.
I am also an expert in regards to Public Adjusting as I worked directly with a Public Adjuster in Florida, I call insurance companies to follow-up on the claim status until we were able to settle the claim and insurance companies releases the insurance check for our insured clients. I also worked as Senior Legal Assistant with Florida based law firm and handled seven other VAs, we are responsible drafting court document, filing court documents and as well as communicating with the opposing counsel to complete the process of the case before it reaches the trial date.
