I’m a Salesforce Administrator and Developer with hands-on experience building, improving, and supporting Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. My strongest areas are Salesforce automation, integrations, Apex development, and improving existing business processes.

• Migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Salesforce Flow
• Designing automations for Opportunities, Cases, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, user management, notifications, and other business processes
• Developing Apex classes, triggers, invocable actions, controllers, and test classes
• Building Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom Salesforce user experiences
• Creating Visualforce solutions, including dynamic email content and PDF generation
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs, Named Credentials, and integration platforms such as Boomi

• Setting up and using Salesforce DevOps Center for source control, deployment, and change management

• Managing users, permissions, permission sets, profiles, SSO-related configuration, and general Salesforce security

I also have hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL queries, Data Extensions, CloudPages, AMPscript, SSJS, dynamic email content, preference pages, and integrations between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
I enjoy finding opportunities to replace repetitive manual processes with reliable automation. I’m comfortable investigating an existing Salesforce org, understanding how its current processes work, identifying technical or operational problems, and designing practical solutions using declarative tools first while using Apex or custom development when needed.
