Prior to the pandemic, I’ve worked with several multinational companies, ranging from technical support to online retail/eCommerce customer service. I've supported different contact channels such as phone, chat, etc.
Having worked in the customer service industry for several years (9 years and counting) ranging from a front-line customer service representative to handling supervisory positions such as being a team lead/manager and a trainer, I get motivated when I know there’s always something new to learn, and meeting more people to share knowledge with and learn from each other’s expertise and experiences. I always love a good challenge and pushing my limitations further. If I encounter a problem that I have not had in the past, I get excited to find a solution and learn new skills if necessary.
I am equipped with a very good computer and a stable and fast internet connection, and I work in a distraction-free environment.
During my free time, I play computer games, listen to podcasts, and play and spend time with my dog. Every now and then, I seek adventure and visit new places.
