I have been in the outsourcing field for about 6 years already. I have been a Virtual Assistant for Australian Financial Firms. My main tasks were setting up for client meetings, creating their paperwork before meetings, updating clients' data in the database, calling fund providers for clients' financial details. I have also worked as a Correction Editor for an outsource publishing firm. I apply the changes that authors wish to change in their books during the editing of the manuscript phase. I have mastered my attention to details skills very much. I have learned how to manage my time well and I always have that can-do attitude.
