One notable achievement includes successfully automating the onboarding process for a client, reducing the time required for each step. This encompassed tasks such as creating a Google Drive folder, generating reports using Google Sheets, Documents, and PowerPoint, setting up Slack channels, and managing communication through welcome emails and calendars.
