I have over eight years of experience in administrative and healthcare support roles. For the past three years, I’ve been working as a Care Coordinator Team Leader for a U.S.-based Medicare Advantage plan. In this role, I manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist with appointment scheduling, coordinate patient care, and support my team through training, quality checks, and process improvements. I also ensure that all communication and documentation strictly follow HIPAA guidelines.
Prior to that, I worked as a Data Analyst and Encoder for about five years, handling large volumes of sensitive healthcare and insurance data with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.
I’m very comfortable working in a remote setup and experienced in tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, softphones like Talkdesk, and CRM systems. I’m passionate about helping providers and patients experience smoother, more efficient healthcare interactions.
