DATA ANALYSIS:
> Ensures availability of updated data and analysis in the form of insightful dashboards/reports that enables decision-making and action planning.
> Collaborating with different teams in determining essential report parameters which can be easily translated to numerical metrics that are easy to use, update and understand.
> Integrating and cleansing of data from various sources; utilizing available tools to come up with user-friendly dashboards/reports that can be aggregated up to top level reports to support “one-number” reporting and analysis across channels.
>Providing helpful insights and recommendations based on the data/report provided. Raises red-flags as necessary to alert the sales team and make quick, impactful decisions/actions.
>Conducting mini-trainings/sessions to discuss dashboard/report contents, how to navigate and how to read the numbers presented.
REPORTS MANAGEMENT:
> Ensures high level of data integrity and confidentiality through well-maintained folders, updated reports registry and updated user-accessibility
> Organizing all channel related data, dashboards and reports to properly labeled folders.
> Maintaining and updating reports registry that contains all dashboards/reports issued to Sales team; Ensuring user-access are always updated and that sharing access is closed to authorized persons only.
> Periodic files maintenance which includes archiving, deleting, moving of files that are no longer needed/outdated.
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT :
> Identify areas for improvement in the current business process related to analytics, develop initiatives and take lead in implementing and monitoring the results.
> Evaluating existing business processes and determining process improvements.
> Coordinating process improvement strategies with stakeholders and taking lead in all aspects related to the implementation stages of process improvement initiatives.
> Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.
