- Vendor Management strategy, ensure contract guidelines are properly recorded and adhered to. Negotiate new vendor process guidelines where needed- Manage global escalations among stakeholders and colo-vendors.Identify Global process challenges and provide guidance to vendors and stakeholders for process improvement- Closely manage MNL team leadership, assist in team development ie. communications, problem solving, observation, analysis, solution evaluation and decision making skills.- Manage project priorities and technical resources, handle relationships with multiple partner-teams, and/or vendors to ensure exceptional client experience- Collaborate with on-shore leadership team, Project/Technical Program Managers and provide subject matter expert guidance to new joiners and all current existing coordinators within the team.- Project design and work planning, setting goals and study risk evaluation- Monitor teams pending projects and tickets for accuracy and completion- Ensure quarterly vendor cadence validation meetings are in place, reviewing for any opportunities to improve upon vendor / stakeholder engagement, missed opportunities or vendor adds, changes or moves.- Identify inefficiencies and recommend opportunities to improve the individual vendor relationships on case by case basis- Support vendor negotiations with regard to process guidelines and procedures,- Assist with quarterly MBRs and QBRs with the Google Program Managers to address performances and ensure process compliance, governance, and improvement planning- Provide weekly training and knowledge transfer to Google Project Managers, lead tea-----------mbers that may relate to vendor guidelines or process change- Conduct quarterly vendor audits, validation to ensure documentation accuracy, identify missing data, errors, and duplications; continued training enhancements
