I can do Article Writing, Data Entry jobs, essay writing and advertisements. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and am able to work on flexible time schedules. I also do creative stuff like drawing or painting and can evaluate the quality of work that a person puts in his/her work of art. I also know medical terms since I have studied the field of medicine as a nurse. I am a registered nurse but not practicing my profession.
My last position was Team Leader among my fellow Customer Service Agents. My job as includes creation of reports on the activities of our team and analysis on the status of each case we handled during our shifts. We also do lead validation thru calls to our clients and internet research as well as utilization of various search engines to check the validity of the information provided.
