I starter with Alorica as a Customer Service Representative General Care for T-Mobile telecommunication account way back 2016 and it was my first BPO company I work with. We handle sales, billing and basic tech ----------- was a very challenging times for me because the account itself is not that easy but because I’m a very driven person who also loves challenges under pressure, I performed very well and made sure that I will always be on our employee of the month.
Since I love exploring different things I applied for Technical Support Representative at Convergys. There we handle tech issues and send emails. It was an awesome experience because you have to assist the customer with there tech issues by just chatting and explaining every ----------- improves my patients and gained new knowledge.
My last BPO company job experience was with Sitel, AT&T telecommunication account. We handle sales, billing and basic tech issues. This was the telecom account that made me really improve with everything like multi-tasking and working under pressure. Because it’s not just a telecom account but it also comes with directv, at&t tv, at&t wireless, internet and a lot ----------- is indeed stressful but I guess pressure and challenges makes me want to work more and aim for higher goals.
I may not have a real experience as a virtual assistant, but I am confident enough to say that I can do or even do more what experience virtual assistants can do.
Since I was young I’m a very tech savy person. I remember my family telling me that I am good with learning new stuffs. Because when they were having issues or needs help with their phone or computer I always try to check it and being able to find out the solution at the end.
I am also fun with social media accounts and sharing knowledge. I love doing powerpoint presentation, I also draw vexel art through my tablet because I love drawing and designing stuffs. Anything about art I am game for it. I love computations, I love talking to people, I am very good with giving genuine empathy and connection to people around me. I am a fast learner and I put love with everything that I do, and that makes me want to do more or give the best that I can give to my job or the company.
