I am an IT and Data Analyst professional with 4+ years of experience in MSP operations, technical support, business intelligence, and SaaS application support. I started my career in Desktop Support, where I gained hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting, Active Directory-related administration, account management, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
At MSPbots, I began as a Data Analyst Intern and progressed into multiple operational and technical roles, including Migration Engineer, Technical Support Analyst, and Professional Services Analyst. Throughout my career, I have worked on dashboard and report development, SQL-based data investigation, dataset migration and modification, automation support, SaaS troubleshooting, and client onboarding across multiple MSP environments.
I am experienced with platforms and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Halo PSA, Zendesk, ClickUp, SQL/PostgreSQL, API integrations, and remote support tools. I enjoy solving technical and operational problems, improving processes, and supporting both clients and internal teams in fast-paced environments.
