I spent 7 years in the BPO industry mastering professional communication, customer management, and high-pressure problem-solving. Then I moved into towing and roadside dispatch operations, where I coordinated drivers, managed live schedules, handled urgent situations, and kept daily operations running in real time. It trained me to think fast, prioritize under pressure, and stay calm when things get chaotic.
Since 2023, I've been working as a Virtual Assistant for a cleaning company, managing scheduling, client communication, admin support, and the backend operations that keep a business functional day to day.
