I’m a Multimedia Arts and Design graduate with strong computer literacy and over ten years of combined experience in logistics, IT support, and graphic design. I’ve worked as an Account Executive handling international shipment processes and client coordination, and as the sole IT support for a medical school,where I managed hardware/software systems, cybersecurity awareness, and daily troubleshooting. I also have a background in creative design and automation, with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite and producing digital and print content. I’m adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new tools and workflows to support both operational and creative goals
