Responsible for the over-all inbound operations of the entire FMCG organization. Supervise and monitors department operations and ensures SOP’s and QA related procedures are being followed. Ensures all stocks received are in accordance to Gov’t Health standards and any non-conformity to be reported to respective suppliers for immediate corrective actions. Update all received shipments in an accurate, orderly and timely manner. Coordinates with Sales team in determining high priority shipments and other priority sales requirement. Handle all claims raised against suppliers and insurance provider. Ensures proper put-away and storage of stocks inside the warehouse. Ensures proper documentation and recording of stocks received and issued. Manages daily customer order fulfillment from order picking to loading of goods for dispatch. Conducts periodic inventory audits, inventory discrepancy investigation and reconciliation.
