I am Arlyn Joy Alvarez with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and I have an experience in documentation.
I have an experience working in a savings bank for over seven years whose expertise is motorcycle loan. I have encoded almost 500 business loans, processed more than 3000 applications, booked and verified more than 5000 loan documents.
I became a Loan Processor wherein I review documents such as applications forms, contracts and requirements such as identification and source of income after that I forward the lacking or discrepancies of the documents to the third-party company and I follow them up within the required turnaround time. I also booked sales account in the system, making sure that all of the encoded data are correct and accurate. I also prepare reports such as sales reports and document monitoring reports.
Before I become a Loan processor, I was a loan coordinator first. During those times I do the underwriting of motorcycle applications based on the given raac. I also did payment reconciliation for the in collection of the third-party company and out collection payment.

During my free time, I make printable products in Canva such as calendars, nametags, logo, invitations and souvenirs as a side hustle.
