Hi, I'm Kyle, a systems-minded operator with 10 years across technical support, operations, and project management. Most recently I've been building and maintaining a Claude-powered AI operating layer for a B2B media company (CRM hygiene, calendar and escalation management, workflow automation), and before that led marketing/systems projects at Valpo Agency and client success/ops at VA+ VIP Virtual Staffing.
