I was a technical support and customer service from a BPO industry for 3months
I have been so passionate when it comes to providing world class customer service though we all know that we can't please everyone in every single day, but at least things will be resolve accordingly and a smile will be drawn on customer's face. This would be my first time working homebased, if I will be hire and I know things will be different but I know I can and I will be able to adapt the changes
