I am a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Management in Silliman University. I am a detail oriented and hardworking Accounts assistant Manager at Negros Oriental Lending Center under the Land Bank of the Philippines. As an Account Assistant, I handle and assist Account Officer in loan evaluation and packaging, sending of billing statements to clients, Process loans and monitors client insurance expiration, assists the Account Officer (AO) in addressing clients’ concerns, account management and remedial management of problematic accounts, if any and assist clients in their loan applications. Through this experience I have developed exceptional customer service skills, Analytical and critical thinking, multitasking skills and time management skills in adhering to deadlines.
