I am a self taught and aspiring Virtual Assistant. I attained my skills from working in the BPO industry for 5 years and 7 months. 4 years as an AR/Collections Specialist (WFH), 1 year as a Logistic Appointment Setter and 7 months as a Customer Service Representative.
