· Prepare and send accurate and competitive quotes to clients within set timeframes.
· Ensure all quotations comply with company pricing strategies and client agreements.
· Maintain records of submitted quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals.
· Monitor trends and feedback to help optimize pricing strategies.
· Support team members with quoting-related inquiries or escalations.
Sourcing Agent
· Identify and source qualified technicians based on project or client
requirements.
· Screen and evaluate technician candidates for skills,
certifications, and experience.
· Build and maintain a database of reliable technician contacts and
vendors.
· Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to understand
staffing needs.
· Negotiate rates and availability with technicians or third-party
providers.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and
local regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity, technician
performance, and job placements.
· Develop sourcing strategies to reduce lead time and improve
technician quality.
· Manage onboarding processes and documentation for selected
technicians.
· Foster strong relationships with external partners to ensure
reliable technician supply.
