After I graduated from college, I immediately got a job as a Customer Service Representative and Review Consultant in a Nursing Review Center. I worked there for over two years promoting our review classes and products. I also assisted the students in the documentation and filing for their board exams both abroad and local.
After over two years, I shifted to the hotel / hospitality industry. I stayed for another two years in my first hotel where I was a Reservations Officer. I took care of all hotel bookings from online to travel agencies to companies to individual. I closely monitored our room availability and our visibility online. I also acted as Front Office Agent where I checked-in guests and handled basic cashiering functions.
In 2010, I transferred to another hotel property where I worked for over nine years when i resigned in November 2019. I worked as a Reservations Supervisor and Styling Team Leader where we took care of the events styling arrangement, as well as, the hotel's --
from floral arrangement to over-all look. As part of the Revenue and Marketing Department, I also partook in some Marketing activities, such as, analyzing whether our on-going promos were effective or being bought by the public, or not and proofreading all our collaterals. But of all, my priority task was to track and meet our monthly target sales. I made sure that my team would reach our target revenue as what I projected in our business and strategic plan.
in 2021, I started working as a Virtual Assistant where I became a Guest Service Specialist at a short term rentals / property management, Dispatcher at a tow company, CSR / Email Suppoet at an E-commerce company
