I am currently employed as Customer Relations Assistant in one of the top banks in the Philippines. As a CRA, we are the front-line support of the organization which sell bank's products and services, respond with our clients' concerns and queries related to the products we offer, and resolving the customer complaints. We are also assisting our clients from opening of accounts, which includes interviewing, taking their information and entering it to the database. I always make sure that the client's experience with us is a positive one.
