I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology graduate with strong experience in Human Resources and Psychosocial Support Services. I was part of the opening team of Greenleaf Hotel Gensan, where I served as a Human Resource Officer, working closely with the owner, executive chef consultant and general manager in establishing hiring processes, HR systems and policies from the ground up. I am also an affiliate of the Center of Psychological Extension and Research Services (COPERS), where I helped provide Psychological First Aid to members of Armed Forces of the Philippines, as well as civilians affected by the Marawi Siege in 2017. My background combines administrative and people-management expertise with compassion and a deep understanding of human behavior. I am committed, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to organizations that value growth, empathy and their people.
