I am well experienced in troubleshooting hardware and software issues of a computer. This is one of the tasks that I'm doing everyday as an IT Support. I'm also knowledgeable regarding anti-virus softwares, remote tools and active directory. I also do Data Entry jobs, especially when I asked to do inventories. I also developed my skills in customer service and teamwork because of my 8yrs experiece in BPO industry.
