As an experienced Customer Service Representative(non-voice), I am capable of multitasking and using more than one tool at a time. I am capable of positive scripting and communicating through chat and email. Also, my experience as Adminstrative Clerk will give me an edge over this desired position as I am aware of clerical works an office staff is expected to perform.
