I am a graduate of one of Asia's most prestigious universities (i.e. De La Salle University), holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with specialization in Business Applications. During my time in the university, I assumed the role of Executive Vice President for Operations for the largest Math Organization on campus, showcasing my leadership and organizational abilities early on.
In 2018, I had the privilege of interning at one of the Philippines' top & largest real estate developer, where I spearheaded the Compliance & Titling department. This experience allowed me to delve into the complexities of regulatory compliance within the real estate industry.
Subsequently, I embarked on a journey in the insurance sector, starting as a Management Trainee for a leading non-life insurance company in Asia. This role provided me with invaluable insights into underwriting, risk assessment, and policy evaluation. I then transitioned into the role of an Underwriter in the Reinsurance Department, deepening my expertise in risk management and mitigation, handling the company's largest multi-billion accounts.
Diversifying my experience, I took on the role of Operations Manager for a UK startup company, overseeing e-commerce operations as a third-party reseller on platforms such as Amazon, OnBuy, and eBay. This allowed me to master the intricacies of online retail and optimize operational efficiency from inventory management to purchasing, accounting & logistics.
In addition to my diverse professional background, I have also accumulated significant experience in property management overseeing dozens of properties in Shropshire. This includes managing a range of properties, from holiday lets to assured short tenancy arrangements. This experience has allowed me to further develop my organizational skills and deepen my understanding of the intricacies involved in property management within the dynamic real estate landscape of Shropshire.
Currently, I am privileged to serve as a Director in Asia-Pacific for Agility Outsourcing, overseeing day-to-day operations and catering to the diverse needs of our clients based in the UK across various industries such as real estate, accountancy, engineering, sports events & training, marketing agency, food & beverage, finance, and retail to name a few. My role involves providing tailored assistance, ensuring seamless business operations, and implementing high-level strategy management.
