My main responsibility was to answer inbound calls and receive Prior Authorization requests from healthcare providers for Medical and Surgical procedures, and even Behavioral Health services. I also have experience handling Eligibility and Benefits Verification for another US healthcare account way back 2013. I was responsible for answering inquiries from healthcare providers regarding patient’s Eligibility and Benefits under their healthcare insurance plans.
I am strongly capable of various administrative duties such as Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Data Entry, Email and Calendar Management, and many more. With my background as a Precertification Nurse, I've developed a keen eye for detail and a talent for navigating complex medical processes. My experience in handling inbound calls from healthcare providers has refined my communication skills, making me proficient at conveying information clearly and effectively.
