WHAT I DO AS AN ESTIMATOR & CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR:- Analyze blueprints/drawings and specifications- Determine the scope of work- Determine the materials- Produce quantity takeoffs- Produce cost estimation (unit cost must be available as resources)- Mathematical equations / surface calculations- Quotation and Sales Invoice- Negotiation with suppliers- Email management and correspondence - Project coordination- Create reports- Data entry- File organizing- Project tracking- Calendar scheduling- Record minutes of the meeting- Extensively use CRM- Other admin tasks- Software I use: Bluebeam, Planswift, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Hubspot, ClickUp, Basecamp, ERP, and other CRM or PM software
I have knowledge with floor covering works, painting works, lumber and carpentry works, concrete works, ceiling, wall, and partition works, and other architectural finishes.
I also have knowledge in designing residential spaces, apartments, commercial or retail, office layouts, educational setting, and etc.
