My previous VA role was as an Executive Virtual assistant for 3
years wherein I was responsible for emails, calendar organization, and
appointment scheduling for multiple executives, editing professional documents,
presentations, and reports, and coordinating virtual meetings and conferences.
I’ve been working in the Call Center Industry for 8 years in
different positions. The last position I had was Senior Workforce Analyst.
Expertise in doing reports, real-time analytics, and being able to identify the
cause of shortage/problem and make sure to come up with implementing solutions.
I have experience using different tools such as Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Outlook, Google Workspace, Slack, Verint, IEX,
CRM, NiceONE/CXONE, Avaya, Zendesk, Issabel, Globe MYBSS, Tableau, -----------,
and Trello. Most of it is used in doing reports, generating data, real-time
callouts, email blasts, and call center softphones.
I’m a goal-oriented person. I can work independently and under
pressure, and I am very competitive. I can leverage your time by setting my
goal accompanied by a deadline.
