I am responsible to prepare all the documents required for the shipment coming in and going out in the factory.
Dealing with the suppliers for the availability of the shipment and when its ready to ship and with forwarders to faciliate the shipping arrangement and with customers as well to inform that their order is now ready to ship and provide relevant documents such as; invoice,packing list and Awb.
