As a Virtual Assistant and Loan Relations Officer, I manage and support the end-to-end loan process, from application intake through underwriting, approval, and closing. I coordinate with borrowers, brokers, insurance and title companies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions. I prepare and review closing documentation, ensure the accuracy of loan figures, fees, and disbursements, and maintain accurate CRM records throughout the loan lifecycle.
