My previous roles includes building, enhancing and maintaining reports that is being used by Operations on a daily to quarterly basis. Aside from reports, I am also acting as their business partner by helping them to identify, analyze and provide recommendations in terms of their Key Performance Index.
Actively taking part of projects/new processes that are essential to the growth of the business is also one of my roles, as well as automation of data/reports that helps in the sustainability when it comes to data presentation.
Main tools that we currently use are: Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI and Tableau.
With my current role, I am providing data visualization services to our clients
using Sisense as our main tool. We are engaging with our clients on a full project cycle - from discovery, development, designing, deploy to implementation.
