I have also worked for an American company in Florida as Guest communication Specialist. I managed short stay vacation houses and hotel units. I Answer inquiries about potential guests wishing to rent a property via booking channels such as airbnb, ----------- , VRBO, expedia. I Screen potential guests through specific questions to eliminate or decline any guests that are fraudulent or suspicious of potential unruly behavior. I communicate with Guest for the duration of their stay for any comments, concerns, questions, issues and problems that arise during their stay.
I am currently managing 60 Short Stay Vacation Rentals for an Australian company managing listings in Airbnb, ----------- , Expedia, VRBO
and Agoda. I respond to emails and chats from guest and answer phone calls
regarding their reservation. I am the point of contact and liaised with the
cleaning department and maintenance team.
